ok so Steven Barnes rules SHIELD and by extension the avengers even though the avengers is more ran by a team, i am open to anything really.
ideas?

Callie and SteveCallie is the daughter of Hawkeye and Mockingbird. She's been around S.H.I.E.L.D. her whole life, and now at the age of 16 she's joined. Properly. Though because of her young age she isn't really allowed to do much yet. So, perhaps Steve could be sort of a mentor to her? As the head, she's someone she has to follow anyways. But she does need someone to look up to and go to if she needs help. It might be kinda cool to try. Unless you have any other ideas? Kate and SteveWell, we've already got that underway. There's a Hawkeye/Kate and Cap thread up.

Callie and SteveI think a little sister would work as well. She'd probably be a bit of an annoying little sister at times... But, y'know, she would look up to him. That counts for something.

Well, I think that Eddie and Steve would have a strained relationship. This would be due to Steve feeling like Eddie is both an asset and a liability, due to his instabilities. However, Eddie would have trouble trusting Steve due to the fact Steve does not trust him.

I don't think Steve would openly say he doesn't trust him just that eddie would seemingly be the most volatile such as the hulk in the original avengers

Yes, and Bruce gained control of the hulk several times. So, like the hulk, Eddie will gain control several times.

i get that but just because he has control at the time doesn't mean Steve can't think of the chances not saying he wont trust him but he will always have it in the back of his mind.

maybe something more she is trying to prove that she can be something big for shield and ends up needing him?

Yeah. That would work... Hm. That could carry on from the library one though. Steve could be passing by when someone/thing attacks? And then she tries to act big and do something but gets hurt in the process. Or just another thread completely.
